The basic scope of our company’s operations includes the construction of steel halls and manufacturing of steel structures. The facilities are built using our proprietary technology, i.e. – POL HAL or are based on designs provided by the investor.
We run the entire investment process, starting from designing, obtaining a construction permit as well as building the facilities and their commissioning.
The steel structure of JOT-KA halls is designed to maximise the utilisation of the structure’s cross-section, in full compliance with the safety standards. Owing to this, a high quality product that maintains a competitive price, is obtained.
All steel structural components are cleaned by sand blasting and coated with three layers of paint until proper thickness is achieved. On request, we also apply fire retardant paints.
The halls may be covered with trough sheets, sandwich boards with polystyrene, polyurethane or mineral wool core, using the so called sandwich arrangement – sheet metal + wool + sheet metal, or using the traditional brickwork technology with tar board roof covering.
The lighting for the hall is ensured by windows in side walls or by arched skylights, using the technology developed by JOT-KA.
They are made of galvanised, closed profiles and coated with cellular polycarbonate.
Additionally, we can construct auxiliary hall facilities – mezzanines, offices, welfare facilities, water supply and sewerage systems, roads and parking lots, landscape structures.
